MoonReading.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This is a legal agreement between the person using MoonReading.com ("you" or "your") and the owner and operators of MoonReading.com ("we", "us" or "our"). This agreement governs your use of the MoonReading.com service ("the service"). By accessing materials on the MoonReading.com website ("Web Site") you agree with these Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") and our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").

This document is split into two parts: Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

    1. it is requested by law enforcement authorities.
    2. we have reason to believe that it is in your interest that we provide such information.
    3. it is necessary in order to keep the service running, or to diagnose or fix problems with the service or another network.
    4. we need to investigate and/or follow up on support requests for products and services.

Like most website operators, we collect non-personally-identifying information that browsers and servers typically make available (such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request). Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain activities that are part of the service.
  6. We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link provided in any email we send.
  7. We also track many of the actions you take on the site in order to improve the service.
  8. When you sign up to Moon Reading we will send you emails from MoonReading.com, YourMoonGuide.com, and/or MoonCards.com.
    1. Some of the emails we send offer products or services that we think you would be interested in, such as Tarot, Astrology, Numerology, Angels, Runes and other topics. These offers may be from 3rd parties.
    2. You can easily opt-out of any of these emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
    3. You must unsubscribe from MoonReading.com, YourMoonGuide.com, and/or MoonCards.com separately.

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. we use cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of the service, and their Web Site access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using the service, with the drawback that certain features of the service may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

We think your Moon Reading and Astrology is a wonderful way to step back and try to evaluate a situation from a unique perspective, but Astrology is not an exact science and we recommend that you do not take the interpretations too literally. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only. Please use your best judgment and common sense. The information provided by the service should not be used in place of any recommendations by legal, medical, or financial professionals or other professional counselors.
  19. Refusal of Service

  20. We reserve the right to refuse the service to any person for any reason.
  21. The service should only be used by individuals over the age of 18. Residents of any jurisdiction that may prohibit the service should not access it. It is your responsibility to make sure you are eligible to use the service.
  22. Accounts and Membership

  23. If you love your free reading as much as we hope you will, we will give you the opportunity to become a paid member. There are two levels of membership: free and paid. Paid members have access to additional material.
  24. When you request additional information from the service and provide your email address, you automatically become subscribed to a free membership.
  25. While you are subscribed to any membership, we may send you email concerning the service or your account at any time.
  26. You may unsubscribe and/or cancel your membership at any time.
  27. You are responsible for any use of your account and membership; consequently, you are responsible for keeping your account password and the email access links you use to access the service secure.

  31. Jurisdiction

  32. Anyone using our website will need to comply with the local laws of the State of California, U.S.A. This particularly applies to users outside the U.S. These Terms and Conditions are enforced by the laws of California and apply to any agreements under this jurisdiction. By using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, and agree to follow the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in California, U.S.A. If a disagreement arises under these Terms, we will first try to reach a resolution using a mediator acceptable to both parties, and located in Long Beach, California. Mediation costs outside of attorney fees will be equally divided. If resolution through this means isn't possible, the dispute will then be taken to binding arbitration under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator must follow applicable law and may award any party any remedy to which that party is entitled under applicable law, but such remedies shall be limited to those that would be available to a party in his or her individual capacity in a court of law for the claims presented to and decided by the arbitrator, and no remedies that otherwise would be available to an individual in a court of law will be forfeited by virtue of this Arbitration Provision. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon the parties, must be in writing, and must contain the arbitrator's reasoning. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator's decision in any court having jurisdiction.
